What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Check in time is 2pm. Early Express check-in is $35. This service requires pre-booking to arrange housemaids.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, our after-hours check-in service allows you to check-in at any time. However, you must provide us with your Australian mobile phone number.

Do you have off street parking?

Yes, we have two car parks. One at the front of the property and one at the rear of the property. Parking is free but not guaranteed.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at the Art Hotel on York are strictly non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, our restaurant is open for breakfast weekdays from 7:30 to 9:00 and weekends from 8:00 to 9:00.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we provide free internet to all rooms.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a garden courtyard area.

How close are you to the shops?

We are 750 metres to the City Mall. Even closer to Target, Woolworths, Dan Murphys and the Village Cinema Complex.

How close are you to restaurants?

We are in the restaurant precinct. A few hundred metres puts you into any number of restaurants. Including Pizza, Jailhouse Grill, Subway, KFC, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, noodles and Mexican. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Do you have Foxtel?

We do not have Foxtel.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations are dependant on bookings type. Most cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure your booking.

Are you close to any tourist attractions?

Yes we are only a short 750 metre walk to Penny Royale on Cataract Gorge, and the Art Gallery.
